Some standard HUD fixes after the 19th Feb 2025 dod:s update.

INsane's Spectator HUD files -  These files will work on any HUD, they get rid of the top bar and relocate items to the bottom.

This is just one file that "darkens" the chat font in dod:s or other Source1 mods.
