Quick fix for the disabled spray selection box...Valve devs forgot to make it visible and move it.

In this version I not only fixed it but moved a lot of things around...

1. The selection box is longer for long file names.

2. The preview image is twice the size.

3. Other items moved around to cope with these new changes.

Install:

Place the edited "OptionsSubMultiplayer.res" in cstrike/resource. Finished.
