For grabbing custom content out of a bsp file with included content.
Note: Try this and read the readme on how to work this, the difference between this and Pakrat is this not only grabs material, model and sound files from a BSP, it also dumps them in the correct folders. Pakrat does not do this.

This tool will quickly extract useful data from the Pak file within source BSP files. I only tested it for DoD but it should work for non Orange Box games as well.
1. Put the BspPakExtractor in the directory of the game you want to extract the files to (i.e. day of defeat source/dod, counter-strike source/cs)
2. Drag source BSP files onto the BspPakExtractor.
3. Enjoy!
NOTE:
This will only extract files associated with models, materials and sounds.
You'll also need the .NET Framework installed, though most people will already have this installed. However if you don't, have this:

I'm well aware that PakRat can do this to an extent, but my program maintains the folder structure upon extracting, which was the whole point of me even making this program .
