Some slight modifications of Valve's windows that may come in handy for mappers - for instance so you can make brush shutters with custom materials and easily introduce some visual variety.

Wicked Obstacles Version 1 

These are beach obstacles for use in Day of Defeat: Source maps

RCBot2 Map Pack 3 is 22 maps from the bar and grill server cycle.

150mm Tbtsk canon
This is a 150mm Torpedobootskanone C/36 or TbtsK C/36, the same canon used at the Longues Sur Mer battery. There's also a destroyed version for detonation maps, and 3 lod levels for each one.

Coffee Tables by fishy are a group of low tables of different sizes, small impact on map size, these use standard Valve textures.
