dod_bridge_crossing10 is a good little map but it had open spawns... for crying out loud...why!!!

So... it got cocked, spawns now enclosed, also a small passage under the bridge centre. Everything else is about the same on this great little fun map. Author not known unfortunately, rework by unknown as well.
