What this really is...

It places the SourceScheme.res file ( usally in a Mod folder) in a folder so you can over-ride the font size and type of the netgraph... by doing that it can become smaller.

The pic below is for dods but should be fine in TF2 as well, if you already have a custom SourceScheme.res file in your mod folder... (game folder)/resource, then just use the file in the download as a guide of what to change.
