INsanes Medal HUD Version 1

A name change for this, never liked the MOH name .

Much the same as the MOH Ver 3, class images in the player status bar are no longer static... they now change.

Lot of other changes, mainly the way the HUD is assembled. sv_pure 1 and 2 no longer worry it as much, you just get different graphics without all the nasty "missing image" crap.

There is more to come yet, this is a good base for some add-ons to change counties. Brits are a strong possibility, icons sounds... the lot. Weapons and Models will be from others... Weapons are a bit hard to find

Sections and Options
Required: The main HUD base... not an option
Achievements: Reworked all images to small color versions.
Player icons: Reworked colored guns and flags.
Flags: Custom flags by INsane.
Objective icons: Lots of icons to support flags for most popular custom maps.
Crosshairs: INsanes standard custom set
Smaller netgraph: INsanes smaller netgraph fix.

Swastika realism: All flag images have Swastika. if you chose this it will add custom objective icons, flags, minimap and hud graphics to change.
Historic Classes: Class names changed to the older version of Day of Defeat.
Small fonts: Smaller fonts for most items
