NSIS is a program installer package, you can use it to distribute your files, from the smallest map to a whole MOD. I use these for my huds as the Steam file system is complex and the end user benefits from a one touch install of your custom content. The NSIS script I have developed over the years can find the correct folder via reading the users registry... win XP - Win 7 OS. |
